Own production
ECOFES LLC has its own production facilities, design and engineering team, chemical laboratory, and testing ground.
The production capabilities of ECOFES include a complex of buildings with specialized infrastructure that allows for the full production cycle of all required equipment. In-stock components provide the minimum equipment manufacturing lead times. Welding shops for carbon steel, as well as a turning and milling shop, enable the Сompany to produce unique high-quality products without involving third-party organizations. The presence of the assembly shop for automated process control system components (APCS), control cabinets, and electrolyzer power supply units enables ECOFES equipment to achieve a high level of automation, comparable to leading alternatives.
The Company has its own production for the manufacture and quality control of MMO-coated anodes for electrolyzers of any complexity and capacity. In-house production enables the Company to reduce the cost of equipment components, minimize time consumption, and maintain high quality – one of the key success factors for a modern company.
